You must be an admin to view your credit balance and purchase usage top-ups credit balance.

Balances

Click the dropdown next to your organization name and click Billing > Manage Billing to view your credit balance.

Included Credits

All plans include a monthly credits allowance pooled organization-wide, including Starter. Credits can be tracked granularly in settings and in the sheet or sidebar.

Top-up Credits

You must be on a Pro plan or higher to purchase top-up credits. If you downgrade to Starter your top-up credit balance will expire completely at the end of the month.
There are two ways to purchase top-up credits: auto top-ups and one-time top-ups. Top-up credits roll over month to month and never expire unless you downgrade to Starter. Top-up pricing:
  • Pro: $0.02 per credit
  • Power: $0.015 per credit
If you enable auto top ups, you will set the credit balance to refresh by an increment each time it dips below a certain threshold. This is the most common way to purchase top-up credits as you do not need to manually reload every time you run out of usage. It ensures your team will always have available credit balance without over-spending as the credit balance doesn’t expire and is pooled organization-wide. You will recieve a pop up notification each time a top-up is refreshed. You can also add one time top-up credits to your account anytime even if auto-reload is disabled.

Understanding Your Credits

Simple cells may cost 1 credit to generate. More complex and research-intensive cells can cost up to 5 credits to generate. You can view exactly how many credits each job cost to run, how many cells it generated, and what sheet it is associated with on Pro plans and up in Settings > Analytics.
