You must be an admin to view your credit balance and add credits.
Balances
Click the dropdown next to your organization name and click Billing > Manage Billing to view your credit balance.
Included Credits
Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance pooled organization-wide.
Credits can be tracked granularly in settings and in the sheet or sidebar.
Add Credits
You must be on an Individual plan or higher to add credits. If your paid
subscription ends, purchased credits expire at the end of the month.
- Individual: Standard rate
- Business: Discounted rate
When automatic credit additions are enabled, you choose how many credits to add each time the balance dips below a threshold.
This keeps a pooled organization-wide balance available without requiring manual purchases. You will receive a notification each time credits are added.
You can also add credits with a one-time purchase when automatic additions are disabled.
Cell Pricing
Simple cells may cost 1 credit to generate. More complex and research-intensive cells can cost up to 5 credits to generate. You can view exactly how many credits each job cost to run, how many cells it generated, and what sheet it is associated with on Individual and Business plans in Settings > Analytics.
Chat Pricing
Chat requests start at 1 credit. Longer conversations, larger context, and requests that use tools or data sources may use additional credits.
Chat charges draw from the same organization-wide balance as cell generation.
